Max's World - Digestive System

I was working at my computer and Max comes to me pointing at himself saying that its all in his blood and his bones the dialysis. I ask did you just say dialysis and he says yes. Where did you hear that word. Standard Max response I don't really know. Well what does it mean? You know my digestive system. Oh I say, you mean when you eat something and it goes through your body and turns in to pee and poop? Yes, with a big smile on his face, want to change it? I had to chuckle to myself realizing that this is how my five year old chose to tell me he had pooped in his underwear.
