After the boat drill it was time to head to the Sail Away Party with Mickey and Friends.

After sailing away we headed back to our room where Max watched from our big window as we pulled away.
We got ready for our theater show the Golden Mickeys. On our way to the theater we met Captain Mickey in the Atrium.
After the show it was dinner time. Our first restaurant was Animator's Palate. The restaurant starts off black and white and changes colors throughout the dinner. At the very end of the dinner there is a light show and the whole place is finally revealed in color.
Since we had second seating for dinner, our dinner time was 8:00pm. They know that is late for kids so the way Disney does it is they serve the kids whole meal with the adult appetizer. When the kids are done eating they can go check into the childcare area while the adults finish. Max loved going to the childcare area.
When we got back to our room we found our nightly turn down complete with towel animal. We also found a gift left for us by Disney Vacation Club, a small scrapbook.
